Target Audience: New hires or internal transfers joining an existing team.

Activity Structure:

1. Welcome and Introduction (5 minutes)

  • Brief video introduction to the team’s mission, goals, and culture.

  • Quick quiz: "What do you already know about our team?"

2. Understanding Team Dynamics (10 minutes)

  • Scenario-based learning: Choose how to respond in different team situations.

  • Interactive case study: Analyze a past successful team project.

  • Matching game: Match team members to their roles and strengths.

3. Communication and Collaboration (15 minutes)

  • Virtual role-play: Practice responding to emails, chat messages, and meeting discussions.

  • "Effective Meetings" microlearning: Short module on meeting etiquette and contributions.

  • Group task: A simulated collaboration task where the new member contributes to a project.

4. Building Relationships (10 minutes)

  • Icebreaker challenge: A fun quiz or two truths and a lie about current team members.

  • Personalized welcome message creation: New members craft a brief intro about themselves.

  • Guided networking: Suggested one-on-one meetings with team members.
